Guest must be at least 21 years or older and must present with a valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card upon check-in.The credit card provided will be pre-authorized for $500 to cover any incidental charges. The front desk agent will be providing guests with a welcome packet that includes the home code and address. A guest service agent will escort the guests’ vehicle or group transportation to the home and walk through the property with the guest.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time & check-out time is before 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time. Late check-out or early check-in cannot be granted until day of arrival/departure and will be based upon availability. If late check-out is granted, guests can occupy the property until 11:00 am EST. If a guest fails to vacate the property by 12:00 pm EST for granted late check-out or 10:00 am EST for normal check-out, the Contracting Guest will be charged a full day rental.

Home photos may not match the exact accommodation you receive upon check-in. Room/bed type depends on availability at check-in. Reservations for dining and spa must be made directly with the Encore Club after confirming your vacation home reservation. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid, government-issued ID at check in. Credit card will be pre-authorized for $500 to cover any incidental charges. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOMES. If any guest is smoking in the unit, there will be a smoking fee charged to the credit card on file for $500. If any guest has an unauthorized pet on-site, there will be a charge of $500 per pet per day.

Parking: There are no parking fees at Encore Resort at Reunion.

Pet Policy: The resort allows pet with a $40+ tax daily fee per unit. Please notify the resort prior to arrival if traveling with a pet. Undisclosed pets will be charged a cleaning fee and damage fee.
